Meet Princess Buttercup! She is a West Highland White Terrier and although she has been with us for less than 24 hours, I can tell you right now - she has a great little personality!

For those of you unaware of the name reference, it is from The Princess Bride (one of my favorites). Of course, if we had gotten a Yorkie, I would have named her some form of an Ewok's name from Star Wars, of course... this just seemed to fit better!

She sat on TJ's lap the entire ride home from the breeder's house. She is happy to be with a family, for sure!

We are so happy to finally have the third dog we've been wanting for a while. I think Buttercup will make a very nice addition to our family and will get along fine with all of us!

On a side note, Sabrina and Bell Pepper are beginning to get used to her. I thought Sabrina would be the most annoyed by her, but it seems that Bell Pepper is having the harder time getting used to having a puppy in the house. I think things will settle down really soon.

On the other hand, TJ loves Buttercup. He knows he has a job to help raise the puppy and he is very good at helping and is very excited about his "new job."
