The following photo was taken in Vicksburg, Mississippi while on a Ghost Tour. I know the photo is a still shot taken from inside of the tour van with no flash and the lens against the window so that it would not capture any images in the inside of the van. No street lamp is visible in the picture. Upon conclusion, no direct light source created the anomoly. Because nothing similar was captured in 250 photos taken while on my trip in Vicksburg, I do not believe it was something on the camera or caused by the camera. I have reason to believe this is a capture of a paranormal event/anomoly.
